摘要：面对房屋出租信息，租房者所考虑的因素多而复杂,常常难以决策出最优策略.而且租房者的目标需求与现有出租房的条件常常存在差距,这便构成了租房矛盾问题，本文以上海租房问题为例，对上海租房出租数据进行数据挖掘处理，并通过可视化图形展现分析结果。

Abstract：In the face of housing rental information, tenants consider many and complex factors, and it is often difficult to decide the optimal strategy. Moreover, there is often a gap between the target needs of tenants and the conditions of existing rental housing, which constitutes a housing rental contradiction problem. This paper takes the Shanghai housing rental problem as an example, and conducts data mining on the Shanghai housing rental data, and displays the analysis results through visual graphics.
