摘要：董建华教授，著名中医学家，中国工程院院士。他师古而不泥古，结合时代特点与行医经验，临证博采众家之长，治疗上形成了以通降和胃、调理气血为中心的学术思想。董老治疗胃病，以辨证为灵魂，不拘泥于幽门螺杆菌感染，当清则清，注重和胃通降，调理气机，本文拟在董建华院士治疗脾胃病学术思想启示下，初步探讨幽门螺杆菌感染的病因病机及中医治法。

Abstract：Professor Dong Jianhua is a famous Chinese medicine practitioner and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He learned from the past but not from the past, combined the characteristics of the times with his medical experience, and drew on the strengths of various schools of thought in his clinical practice, forming an academic ideology centered on the passage and lowering of the stomach and the regulation of qi and blood in his treatment. This paper intends to discuss the etiology of Helicobacter pylori infection and its treatment in Chinese medicine under the inspiration of academic thought of academician Dong Jianhua in treating spleen and stomach diseases.
