电渗法联合化学固化法改良淤泥试验

摘要:为使淤泥快速排水减量并提高其强度,进行单一电渗、电渗-固化联合试验。研究通电电压、电极距、固化剂掺量和养护龄期等因素对淤泥加固效果的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)试验分析观察典型微观结构,进一步探究淤泥加固机理。结果表明:较高的通电电压下,含水率下降幅度较大;采用阳极跟进法后,土体处理效果更加均匀,平均含水率降至56%;电渗-固化联合处理后,淤泥强度提升明显;固化土强度并非与固化剂掺量呈正相关,最优掺量下,龄期有助于水化产物和土颗粒之间更好地胶凝,形成土体骨架,提高土体强度。

Experiment on improving sludge by electroosmosis combined with chemical solidification
Abstract:In order to reduce the amount of sludge drainage and improve its strength, the single electroosmosis, electroosmosis and solidification experiments were carried out. The influence of voltage, electrode distance, dosage of curing agent and curing time on the effect of sludge reinforcement was studied. scanning electron microscope (SEM) test was carried out to analyze and observe the typical microstructure, and to further explore the mechanism of sludge reinforcement. The results show that the decrease range of water content is larger under higher voltage, the effect of soil treatment is more uniform and the average water content is reduced to 56% after adopting anode follow-up method, and after electroosmosis-solidification treatment, the strength of solidified soil is significantly improved but not positively related to the dosage of curing agent. Curing age is helpful for better cementation between hydration products and soil particles, forming soil skeleton and improving soil strength under the optimum dosage of curing agent.
