P92耐热钢高温变形抗力模型及验证

摘要:建立了一个新的描述金属材料高温变形抗力模型,该模型包括高温变形过程模型和特征参数模型;采用蠕变Dorn幂指数公式分析了P92耐热钢热压缩试验获得的应力-应变实验数据的准确性和P92耐热钢热变形的变形机制;利用P92耐热钢实验的流变应力数据拟合确定了该钢变形抗力模型中的材料常数。结果表明:计算曲线与试验曲线吻合得较好;其次,通过FEM模拟验证了计算的变形抗力与热压缩实验测得变形抗力相一致,所建立的变形抗力方程可应用于计算P92耐热钢在热加工变形条件下的流变应力。

A deformation resistance model and verified for hot deformation of P92 heat-resistant steel
Abstract:A new deformation resistance model for high temperature deformation of metal materials was developed,which include high temperature deformation process model and characteristic parameter model. The accuracy of the stress strain experimental data obtained by the hot compression test of P92 heat resistant steel and the deformation mechanism of the hot deformation of P92 heat-resistant steel are analyzed by using the Dorn creep exponent formula;With the experimental data concerning the flow stress of the P92 heat-resistant steel,the material parameters of the said deformation resistance model are determined. It is found that the calculated curves are in compliance with the experimental curves, Secondly, FEM simulation verified that the calculated deformation resistance is consistent with the deA deformation resistance model and verified for hot deformation of P92 heat-resistant steelformation resistance measured by hot compression test, which means that the deformation resistance equation is capable of predicting the flow stresses of the P92 heat-resistant steel being deformed at the hot working conditions.
