Study on the Theoretical and Practical Approach of Returning Home to promote the Development of Rural Revitalization Strategy from the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Support Networks

Abstract：Returning home to start a business is an important approach to promote the strategic development of Rural Revitalization. According to the social network theory and dynamic capability theory, the relationships among entrepreneurship support networks, dynamic capability and Rural Revitalization performance were hypothesized and tested based on the data of 517 returned entrepreneurs. The results show that entrepreneurial dynamic capability has mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial support networks and Rural Revitalization performance, both "strong tie" and "weak tie" entrepreneurial support network equally contribute to the development of dynamic capability at the early stage of corporate growth. However with the growth of enterprises, unlike the "strong ties" networks, "weak tie" entrepreneurial support network is able to continuously sustain the dynamic capability. The local government should promote the back home entrepreneurship by integrating the Rural Revitalization Strategy, strengthening the networks construction, and developing the dynamic capability of entrepreneurship, so as to improve the Rural Revitalization performance and boost the development of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
