政策因素对女性就业质量的影响研究

摘要:本文回顾了我国已经实施的多项政策的实施效果以及分析了其对女性就业质量的影响,并通过对CFPS2012、2014、2016、2018调查数据的搜集与整合,以18-55岁在职女性为研究样本,研究2015年颁布的全面二孩政策对于我国女性就业质量的影响。研究发现:全面二孩政策对于我国女性就业质量有着显著的负向效应;且由时间动态效应得到,该负向效应并不是短期存在,而是长期存续。

A study of the impact of policy factors on the quality of female employment
Abstract:This paper reviews the implementation effects of several policies that have been implemented in China and analyzes their effects on women\'s employment quality, and examines the effects of the comprehensive two-child policy promulgated in 2015 on women\'s employment quality in China by collecting and integrating data from CFPS 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2018 surveys, using working women aged 18-55 as the research sample. It is found that the comprehensive two-child policy has a significant negative effect on the employment quality of women in China; and it is obtained by the time dynamic effect that the negative effect does not exist in the short term, but persists in the long term.
